Applause for New Arrangements - 17 May 2010
Exhibitiors at the Sydney presentation of National Manufacturing Week and Austech 2010 have strongly supported new arrangements which will see these two major shows join with Ausplas in Melbourne in May 2011. Exhibitors in all sectors - especially those participating in Austech who also had interests in the plastics industry, expressed strong support for the co-location. All could see the synergies between visitors and the extra attraction that National Manufacturing Week represents in the new business areas.

The general reaction to the new partnership arrangements involving National Manufacturing Week and Austech is very positive with several of the largest traditional and new exhibitors coming on board almost immediately. Bookings are in from Greenmoore, Tommotek, Flecknoe, Tasman Machinery, Multicam, Trotec Lasers, Culamix, Avian and others. Large sites are being held for Haitan Direct, TCL Hoffman, Equip, CTS Telford Smith, Applied Machinery, Comtec IPE plus areas for national pavilions from Taiwan, China and India.

National Manufacturing Week and Austech to join forces with Ausplas in 2011 - 17 Mar 2010
Reed Exhibitions, the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Institute Ltd (AMTIL) and Exhibition Management Pty Ltd today announced that in 2011, National Manufacturing Week (NMW) and Austech – which combine to form Australia’s only fully integrated annual manufacturing exhibition - will line up alongside the triennial Ausplas international plastics industry exhibition.
